I was rummaging through the Mount Vernon Archives last week and found this photo of students moving into Somers Hall in August of 1964. Aren't they adorable?!

Strange Things Are Afoot at the Circle K!

Things are changing here at Eckles. Don't worry, you can still find the best coffee on campus in the student lounge, but some other stuff might look different.

We've been listening when you ask for more comfortable furniture and opportunities for group study and we're giving you just that. Shortly after school starts you will find the old reference office transformed into the new and fabulous Casual Study Room.

We're planning on some comfortable chairs and sofas and maybe even a stereo you can plug your iPod into for some background tunes.
